In the residential area where a reticulated sewer system is unavailable, on-site waste water treatment can be installed. A percolation test is undertaken to determine the capability of the soils profile to absorb the effluent.
Calculations based on the absorption rates of the soil will be undertaken in order to give a recommendation of the total square metres of land needed to be set out for effective use of a suitable septic system. A total requirement for trenches and aggy drains will also be calculated.

Based on the findings on site we will generate a detailed report giving all relevant requirements for a functioning septic system or treatment plant on your property.
